they sell bath salts well its more like a powder but it feels like a salt in the bath ...anyways they have calming minerals in them and they smell kinda minty and like detoxify your body and makes your muscles relax..and it opens your sinuse cause its minty but like in a good way....
i used it once when i had a twisted ankle and the flu all at once

almost every brand sells bath fizzes like that just look for one that you like....

Some good ol' bath salts might help you with that. You can choose those with eucalyptus scents.
i use this coco butter vanilla soap that is really awsome....i got it form walmart and it comes in this huge bottle for like four dollars, its really good
i always use soap and glory products cuz in my opinion they are the best
