My friend and I are selling bath products and things around that line for our project.. Can we be sued?

We are doing out project raising money for the ASPCA


selling bath gels and salts and body care for our long term project.


We are making these and they don't seem like they will react with many people I mean a lot is unscented shampoo coloring fragrance jo oils.


can we be sued?


Will it be likely we are going to be sued?

not really. i mean as long as you're the ones who are making the products then there really isnt much to sue. tell the buyers that your products are original, your cause, and tell them about any side-effects which can occur when using the products. you wont be sued. i mean, if the customer had like a flesh-eating rash due to your product, then yeah, other than that, dont worry. and i applaud you for helping out the ASPCA. =)My friend and I are selling bath products and things around that line for our project.. Are you using a brand name ? That isn't good. You won't be sued even then , first you would get a letter telling you to stop.





but make up your own brand name.
