Lye (sp) soap, alot of people probably haven't heard of it. My grandmother swore by the stuff.

A milk bath, I tried it and it makes your skin soft and smooth. It seems old fashoined because there are all these fancy products and all you really need to do is add some powdered milk to your bath.
